Josh and Jan served in the Amazon Basin of Brazil for 3 years and have now begun working in Flint, Michigan. Trying to go to the forgotten places, they have teamed with Covenant House on the city’s turbulent east side. Current work includes converting a former bar into a youth center, reaching across racial lines to spread the gospel, and much more. Josh and Jan’s heart still beats for missions. They hope to continue trips to Brazil and elsewhere as doors open and stir a hunger in the hearts of those they minister to in the inner city to go to the nations.
