FIRE-INTERNATIONAL TESTIMONIES
Ben and Heather Price - Redding, CA
 I
have been ministering in Bethel’s healing rooms every week and have seen God do
some amazing miracles. One man drove from Texas with all sorts of problems and pain.
After about five minutes of prayer his pain had disappeared; he could take full
breaths again and the burning in his feet began to disappear. He was completely
amazed. Another time, I was just finishing up at my day job, and I asked God to
show me how to pray for the home owners upon my leaving. I saw a vision of what
looked like a shadow of a body with light coming from the right ear, the back and
the right foot. As I was preparing to go, I asked the two ladies if they had problems
with their right ear, back, and right foot. Both of them, surprised, said "Yes!"
I prayed for them and the pain disappeared. One of the women, however, had her spine
fused to her neck with metal rods and she could not physically turn her neck to
the right or left, regardless of how hard she tried. The first time we prayed for
her she still could not move her neck. So we prayed again and she moved her neck
completely to the left and right like nothing had ever happened to her! God miraculously
restored her movement! AMAZING!
In the Middle East
One particular evening, I found myself enjoying a meal with some new friends. During
the dinner, one of my friends leaned over and asked me about my religion and what
 I
believe. I took the opportunity to share about how much Jesus means to me and how
He changed my life. As I was sharing my "testimony" they all began to lean in closer
with wide eyes and seemed very eager to hear my story. This was the first time I
was able to share at length in Arabic about my relationship with Jesus to my friends!
On my way home from the restaurant I was filled with joy at the opportunity I had
that night. The best part of the story is that one of my friends is showing interest
to hear more and we are regularly meeting to talk. He is showing interest to begin
reading the Bible! I know I have a long way to go in my ability to speak the language
and there is so much more that I wanted to be able to say, but words can hardly
express the excitement of being able to share in a new language! Please join with
us in thanking the Lord for continued breakthroughs in language and relationship!
Eric and Casey Miller - Philippines
In March Eric and Casey held the annual encounter
retreat. Twenty-nine people came to the retreat. It was so powerful during the entire
weekend. There was a lot of repentance, deliverance, and healing. Toward the end
of the meeting on Sunday afternoon, Eric ministered on the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
At least 17-19 of the twenty-nine people who attended received the Baptism in the
Holy Spirit for the first time! Also, they were able to water baptize sixteen new
believers. The retreat is part of the eight month school the Millers have on Sunday
afternoons at the Agdao church. They started in February and will finish in September.
Those in the school are mostly new believers and by the time they graduate they
will be leading cell groups where they will weekly be discipling other new believers!
Praise God for transformation!
Steve and Glenda Christner - Ukraine
We have seen God’s miraculous favor. When we first
came to Ukraine 7 years ago, we knew that we needed to register our passports in
the city that we lived. In the beginning we tried to get registered, but the laws
change so much and are so confusing that it made it impossible to get registered.
The government began to crack down on foreigners who are not registered and were
deporting them at the airport without an option of ever returning. We had already
been in the country without registration for over a year, which meant a long process
of going to court, paying big fines and explaining why we are here (which we have
no official reason for being here so long) or being deported voluntarily for a minimum
of six months to a maximum of five years with a big fine. The court process wouldn’t
work because we would be leaving too soon for itineration to go through the courts.
Voluntary deportation wouldn’t work because we already had tickets to arrive back
in May with a building team coming immediately after us. In faith, Glenda asked
the official, "What is plan C?" The official’s superior told him to help us and
for the life of this guy, he couldn’t figure out why. We don’t have a business or
relatives and we aren’t rich or influential people, so why was his boss trying to
help us? He had the right to just make us leave and not return, so why help? Finally,
he called the arial government and asked "What is plan C?" They told him to give
us a 3 month deportation starting that day with a 30 day grace period to leave with
no penalty fees. They literally worked it into the exact times that we will be gone.
Praise God for His favor!!
Andy and Karyn Pricer - Mexico
 In
February we were able to go and stay two weeks at one of our favorite ministries,
the Culiacan Project. It is a month long outreach to the indigenous migrant workers
in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico about nine hours drive from us. February is harvest
month for tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and a host of other hand-crops that require
countless 1000’s of hands to pick so the machinery does not damage them before they
get to your grocers’ vegetable section. We take advantage of their harvest time
to go after the harvest of souls. This year’s project produced over 3100 salvation
decisions and 6900 CDs and cassettes given out with the Gospel message in one of
the 290+ languages spoken in Mexico. Can I get an amen! We participated in the last
two weeks of the project so we had a few follow-up visits to the worker camps that
turned out to be a real blessing for us and for them. We were able to spend more
quality time with families, to share with them about the love of the Lord, and even
had the opportunity to pray with many that received healing on the spot. We had
reports of fever, diarrhea, nausea, back pain, knee pain, stomach pain and countless
other infirmities being healed at the name of Jesus. Brittanie and I prayed for
a young Mixteco girl that was having severe vision problems over the last several
years due to some sickness, and after praying for her and following up with the
family later that night, Jesus opened her eyes and changed her countenance. She
went from a very sad, depressed state to one of joy with new vision.

The two young men in the picture above
are the same two cross-dressed young men in the picture below!
About two months ago, one of our missionaries took some of the discipleship training
center students out on the streets to preach and demonstrate the gospel in love.
There were several transvestite prostitutes on the streets waiting for customers.
Most of these young men grew up from childhood being told they were really supposed
to be women, and became homosexual prostitutes as they grew older. That night none
of the men got right with God, but they all agreed to come to our church. We met
with these men every week for about a month. Some of the guys started coming to
another outreach that was being done at a university, and would come in wearing
their prostitute clothing.
Among them was a young man whose name is Jolmar (the one in the New York shirt).
After about four weeks of constantly hearing the truth, Jolmar just broke before
God. He was so changed. The first thing he wanted to do was cut his hair and change
his clothes. Jolmar was baptized and said goodbye to his old life. He is already
enrolled in our discipleship training school.
Within days, one of Jolmar's friends, Jermel, began to come around. He also wanted
to cut his hair and throw out all of his female paraphernalia.
Both of these young men are on fire and serving God. Jesus has restored them to
the wonderful image He created them to be, and they are really growing while being
discipled by two of our students!
If anyone is in Christ he is a NEW creation!

from one of our missionaries serving in Northern Africa / Middle East...

This month a young man, named Rachid, came to the Lord! It was one of the biggest
highlights of our living here! A friend of mine (another missionary here) met him
a couple of weeks ago. Rachid had a problem with his shoulder that required surgery
and was planning on going to go to Europe to have the surgery done. My friend called
me and asked if I would be willing to pray with him for God to heal his shoulder.
God did not immediately heal his shoulder, and after we prayed, we shared some passages
with him from the Gospels. He had been reading the New Testament but did not understand
it. He said that even though he was reading Arabic, it was as though it was in another
language that he did not understand!
After we prayed for him, as Rachid was reading the New Testament and asking questions,
suddenly, it was as if light came in his eyes and he understood the gospel. He immediately
said that he accepted this new faith and that he no longer trusted in Islam to get
him to heaven but now he trusts in the shed blood of Jesus!
More recently, we set up a meeting between Rachid and “Pastor A.” The
meeting lasted for over 2 hours with Rachid asking many questions and Pastor A answering
them. Pastor A gave his testimony, many parts of which I had never heard. We ended
the meeting with laying hands on Rachid and praying for him. After our prayer, Rachid
asked us, “Does HE come every time?” We were unsure what he meant, so
after questioning him, we discovered that he had a vision of the Lord. As we were
praying for him, he saw Jesus walk through our wall and stand in front of him ---
IN MY LIVING ROOM!!
I feel very fortunate; it is very rare to see someone come to the Lord in such a
dramatic way. Please pray for Rachid, for his protection and continued growth as
a new believer. He also has a desire to meet some other Christians in his area.

An amazing healing in little Johny’s body!
|
|
Recently a young man named Johny from the dump fell from a tree and broke bones
in his right leg and had to have a major surgery to correct the damage from the
fall. The doctors said that Johny would be walking normally in several months if
the healing took place properly. During one of our breaks from working on building
houses we went into Johny’s house to see how he was. He was laid out on a
chair with his leg wrapped and propped up over a stool. We began to pray for his
leg and command life and healing into his bones. This we did several times throughout
the day. We spent the night and prayed over Johny late into the evening till we
felt released and continued the next day. Each day Johny has gained more and more
strength and the swelling has gone down completely. Now Johny is walking slowly
around the compound all by himself. This is quite a wonder being that the doctors
said he would not be able to walk on this leg for months. Praise Jesus for healing
Johny’s body. Remember that doctors do not have the final say so, Jesus does.

Ten days after we arrived, Derrick went on a 2-week ministry trip with Andy.
|
|
They had the privilege of working with a group in Mexico called Buenas Nuevas. They
are the Latin American division of the Gospel Recordings Network. They take the
gospel message and record it on to cassette tapes, in different native dialects.
Some of the dialects do not have a written language, so hearing it is all that they
can do. There are 292 different dialects in Mexico!
Derrick and Andy traveled to Culiacan, Mexico to minister to these Indians.
The Indians are bussed in from different parts of Mexico to harvest tomatoes, chile,
jalapenos, etc. They are placed in a camp, where they stay for 2 months at a time.
The oppression over these people is written on their faces. They bring their whole
family to the camp. If your child can work, then you can bring them and they will
be put to work in the fields. It is very sad, but this is their life!
Derrick and Andy, along with their teams, would go into the camps and find the
dialect they spoke. Then they would give them a cassette with the gospel
in their dialect on it. The teams would then show the Jesus film in Spanish. In
2 weeks there were over 1,200 people saved. They handed out over 2,300 cassettes.
They found 171 different dialects! Thank You, Jesus!!!
One specific testimony of prayer is about a little boy that could not walk or
talk. Derrick and some others went to pray for this boy and he was
totally healed!!!! It is like the Bible says, “If you lay hands on the sick,
they will recover!”

Do you remember the young woman who grew 2 centimeters ...
|
|
Do you remember the young woman who grew 2 centimeters as God straightened out her
back that we shared with you while we were in the states? Well she ( Steffi) came
to the conference and was prayed for again. When she got home and soon realized
she had grown again. This time after being measured by her mother she found she
grew 3 more centimeters. That’s a total of 5 centimeters! That’s a miracle.
Who knows how much more she will grow as the Lord heals her from severe Scoliosis.
Praise our wonderful God!
Shortly after we got home from the women’s retreat we received a letter from
one of the ladies that attended. She said that she was healed of stomach problems,
but beyond that she said that this weekend was the first time in years she had been
able to feel feelings. She had been emotionally numb for years. God melted her heart
with the message of His great love, and now she is able to feel again!
