Since her first short-term trip to the Ukraine in 2000, Amanda knew she would return to minister there. Ukraine’s history has been full of extreme hardship, but God is moving to turn that around for the good. There is a great harvest of open hearts who are ready to believe and serve.

Amanda lives in Krivoy Rog and works as a team with the other FI missionaries there. She has the opportunity to minister in orphanages and children’s detention centers, sharing the gospel not only with words, but also by helping to provide food, clothes and other necessities. The team also works with a local church, aiding the local pastors and village missionaries in planting village churches. Teaching and discipling are Amanda’s heart. She desires to see the children of God walking in freedom, growing in their knowledge of the Word, and maturing in their service to the Lord.
