Mexico Projects

Mexico Projects is a collection of outreaches led by A.W. and Kathy Jones - bringing medical care, the Word of God, and the love of Christ to the poorest communities across Mexico.

Feeding programs. Medical clinics.

Drug rehabs. Street outreach.

A.W. and Kathy Jones have been on the ground in Mexico since 2002, building relationships with pastors and communities across the nation. What started as local ministry has grown into a wide network of outreaches spanning multiple regions and Spanish-speaking nations.

Every year they partner with FIRE Church in La Huizachera - one of the poorest areas of the city - to serve the nearly 300 families who live there. Children attend a Saturday feeding program while living in homes without heat, insulation, or hot water, a few steps away from open sewage ditches. Each Christmas, blankets, food, and candy are distributed to meet the most basic needs of the children.

Medical clinic outreaches are held in local churches in the poorest areas of Guadalajara, where choosing between a doctor and food isn't a hypothetical, it's a weekly reality. Christian doctors volunteer their time, medicines are provided, and every clinic is an opportunity to share the love of Jesus. Many people give their hearts to Christ at these clinics.

A.W. also preaches regularly in drug rehabilitation centers, where many men come to faith but have no Bible to take with them. Bibles and tracts are purchased and distributed so that every person who gives their life to the Lord has the Word to keep them grounded. God has continued to open doors for A.W. to travel and minister, and the Jones are committed to saying yes, regardless of the sacrifice or the dangers to follow His will.
